If you do a bit of networking, you may have seen Alex or Mike at the Brisbane Property Networking Meet Up. Alex did a presentation there late in 2024 about doing subdivisions in the Brisbane region. He concentrated mainly on smaller infill developments and covered topics such as:
- How to find a good development site in Brisbane
- Building a good project team
- Red flags to look out for including stormwater discharge, servicing, overlays, verge improvements (to name a few)
- How much it is all going to cost
- + A LOT MORE
