We have a list of members that we send good development sites to every Friday afternoon. If you have a site that you have control over (e.g. the real estate listing on- or off-market), then we might be able to connect you to a buyer FREE OF CHARGE.

Each week, we pick 5 sites that we feel have the best development potential for our paying subscribers. Most of the time, we source them ourselves but YOU can also submit sites that you have the legal ability to sell. We don’t take a cut, no commission, just happy to provide our paying members opportunity to get a good site!
Furthermore, if your site is chosen, we’ll prepare a detailed 2-4 page analysis of the site – valued at $800 free of charge.
We’ll list your contact details in that report so our members can get in touch, should they wish to buy.
