Agents of the Year 2026: Brisbane and Logan

site finding property development brisbane

Every week, the team at Steffan Harries reviews new listings across South East Queensland to find sites with genuine development potential: lots that could be subdivided, built on as a dual occupancy, or redeveloped. For each one, we prepare a site-finding report covering zoning, overlays, infrastructure and development opportunities (learn more about that here).

Over the past 10 months we reported on 180 sites listed by agents, most of them in Logan and Brisbane. A handful of agencies brought development opportunities to market week after week, so we wanted to recognise them. These are our Agents of the Year for 2026 in Logan and Brisbane, ranked by how many of their listings made it into our site-finding reports between January and October 2026.

Logan

Logan was our busiest market this year. Its zoning, lot sizes and infrastructure make suburbs like Marsden, Kingston, Slacks Creek and Boronia Heights some of the most productive areas for small-scale development in South East Queensland.

1st. Ray White Marsden – AKG: 12 development sites flagged this year. Marsden, Boronia Heights, Crestmead, Kingston, they had them all.

2nd. NGU Real Estate – Logan: 9 sites, with a real eye for Marsden’s subdivision potential.

3rd. Ray White Springwood & Shailer Park: 7 sites, owning the Slacks Creek and Daisy Hill market.

Brisbane

Brisbane’s development sites came from a much wider spread of agencies, from the western suburbs through to the south side and bayside. The competition was tight, but three offices stood out.

1st. Brisbane Real Estate: 4 development sites flagged this year across Darra, Kenmore, Indooroopilly and Forest Lake, covering Brisbane’s west and south-west.

2nd. LJ Hooker Property Partners: 3 sites, with Calamvale and Eight Mile Plains firmly on their radar.

3rd. Place – Bulimba: 2 sites in Carina Heights and Norman Park, and our all-time Brisbane leader.
