When you sign up – you’ll also have access to the previous 2 months worth of site assessments.
$49 per month or sign up for a yearly membership to get a discount.
Absolutely! Simply login to your memberships portal to cancel.
You can re-start your membership at any time as long as there are spots available.
We’ll aim to provide 5 per week, subject to market availability.
Averaging at 25 sites a month with a retail value of $800 each – this is a huge amount of value.
Each report will contain a planning overview of each property. This includes key issues, best options for development, state interests, contact details for the agents – and more.
We’ll cram as much value into it as we can and add more features as they come up.
No – we do not provide the financial feasibility of any development sites.
As the market is already competitive enough – we’re capping memberships. We’ll only allow new users when old users leave.
Keep this in mind if you decide to cancel your membership. If the programme is full – you will need to wait for someone else to cancel in order to sign back up.
In order to keep the cost of this service to a minimum – we will not be providing our usual free consultation. This is because the included reports will cover much more than a free consultation does.
If you have additional questions after receiving the report, you can book an appointment with one of our town planners.
We’re also working on a community page, so you can interact with other members. This will allow us to answer all of your questions at once!
No! We won’t share your information with agents or any other third parties. Your data will only be used for your membership – and that’s it.
Should you wish to contact someone about the property – we will provide you their information with the report.
We do not currently take any commissions for sites listed.
We cannot guarantee each site is still available for sale. This is because sites could go under contract very quickly.
